    Spa very disappointing. The changing room smelt of urine, showers had mouldy down the doors and someone had been smoking in the toilets. We're not told or shown where the relax stone beds were by any spa person at the beginning of the day so spent 4hours bored in the pool before I had a massage. Did not like having to walk out threw the barrier in the entrance in swimwear and a towel so that cars in the car park could see me half naked. It felt overrated as a spa as I found it to be more of a gym, and trying to sell it as a spa by charging you £21for a bag with a robe and flip flops that didn't even fit! Would not return and would not recommend as a spa, would rather go back to a Champneys for a relaxing spa day.
